The Architectural Students Association of the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Sumatera Utara (Ikatan Mahasiswa Arsitektur FT USU/IMA FT USU), through its Membership Division, organized the 2026 Cohort Forum on September 2, 2026, at the 2026 Cohort Studio of the Undergraduate Program in Architecture, USU.
The forum was intended for students of the Undergraduate Program in Architecture, FT USU, Cohort 2026, with the participation of students from the 2023 and 2024 cohorts in the discussion. The meeting was designed as a forum for building connections, internal consolidation, and exchanging ideas, knowledge, experiences, and information between new and senior students.
The agenda focused on establishing committees for the Family Gathering and General Assembly. The discussion provided students from the 2026 cohort with an opportunity to become familiar with deliberation processes, the distribution of responsibilities, and participation in planning cohort and organizational activities. These efforts aimed to strengthen solidarity, address academic and organizational issues, and encourage active student involvement.
The activity supports SDG 4: Quality Education through organizational learning and knowledge exchange among students. SDG 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions is also relevant through fostering deliberation, participation, and responsible governance of student activities. FT USU encourages the development of a communicative, collaborative, and responsible student environment.
