On Saturday, September 11, 2021, the Mechanical Membership Training (MMT) webinar themed "How To Be A Leader" was held, hosted by Bastian Pakpahan (M’18) and moderated by Raymond Andrean Sitorus (M’18). The event featured Dr. Ir. M. Sabri, M.T., IPM, Asean Eng., Head of the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), along with alumni such as Bonar Saragih, S.T. (M’86), Zulham Effendi, S.T., M.Sc. Eng. (M’97), and Shandy Marpaung, S.T. (M’09).
During the webinar, participants learned that becoming an effective leader is a process of directing, guiding, and influencing others to achieve specific goals in various situations. They were also trained to identify the right strategies for developing strong leadership skills.
