Medan, 19 June 2026 – Mutiara Amilia Lubis, a student of the Undergraduate Chemical Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FT USU), participated in the IPSI Medan Open Tournament held at GOR Kebun Bunga.

At the tournament, Mutiara Amilia Lubis secured First Place and was also named the Best Female Adult Pencak Silat Athlete. These two prestigious achievements reflect her outstanding performance throughout the competition.
Her accomplishments demonstrate dedication, discipline, and determination in pursuing excellence in sports alongside her academic responsibilities. They also add to the growing list of non-academic achievements earned by FT USU students.
Mutiara's success is expected to inspire other students to pursue their interests and talents while maintaining a strong commitment to their academic studies. Her experience in competition also reinforces the values of sportsmanship, consistency, and perseverance in achieving personal goals.
