On Wednesday, May 6, 2026, the Faculty of Engineering at Universitas Sumatera Utara held a Pre-Graduation Briefing for graduation candidates at the Faculty of Engineering Hall.
The event was officially opened by Prof. Dr. Ir. Renita Manurung, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering USU. Also in attendance were Prof. Dr. Ir. Rosdanelli Hasibuan, Vice Dean for Education, Student Affairs, and Alumni Affairs; Meidina Zulfa Hanie, Expert Staff for Student Affairs and Alumni; Sri Fitriani Panggabean; and Riza Fouzan.
The graduation candidates were first introduced to PT. Jaya Obayashi by Ir. Maha Pramana Surbakti. The session continued with a presentation delivered by Andri Wijaya under the theme “From Campus to Career: Strategies for Successfully Entering the Global Workforce.”
Through this briefing program, participants were expected to gain better preparation for entering the global job market with the right strategies and to strengthen their readiness in facing future workplace challenges.
