The Faculty of Engineering at Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) welcomed a study visit from the Shafiyyatul Amaliyyah Education Foundation (YPSA) on Thursday, February 15, 2024, held in the Meeting Room on the 2nd floor of the Faculty of Engineering.
This visit was part of the Outing Class program titled Fluent Fusion, involving Lower Secondary students focusing on English Fluency & Parent-Student Collaboration, a learning activity from the English subject covering the theme of Profession and Education.
A group of 21 students accompanied by two teachers was received by the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Prof. Dr. Ir. Fahmi, S.T., M.Sc., IPM, and guided by the Vice Dean III of the Faculty of Engineering, Ir. Nismah Panjaitan, S.T., M.T., Ph.D., IPU., ASEAN.
During the visit, the students conducted interviews in English with several lecturers about their professional and educational experiences under the coordination and guidance of their English teachers. The event continued with a discussion session where students enthusiastically asked questions. The visit concluded with an exchange of souvenirs and a group photo session.
