On January 11th and 12th, 2022, Universitas Sumatera Utara hosted an on-campus event titled “Erasmus+ Industry 4.0 for Vocational and Education Training Program.” The event aimed to test newly acquired equipment and train lab assistants and technicians on how to operate it. This equipment will later support the new Vocational and Education Training Program at USU. The equipment and training program were funded by the European Union’s Erasmus+ Program under Project Number 610455-EPP-1-2019-1-MY-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP.
