Universitas Sumatera Utara has announced the Academic and MBKM Schedule for Even Semester A.Y. 2022/2023 for all study programs. The schedule runs from January to October 2023 covering lectures, exams, judicium, and graduation.

According to Circular Letter No. 21090/UN5.1.R1/SPB/2022, Universitas Sumatera Utara has set the academic schedule for Even Semester A.Y. 2022/2023 as follows:

Key Activities:

• Tuition Payment: January 16 – February 3, 2023

• Start of Even Semester Lectures: January 23, 2023

• KRS Submission Deadline: February 3, 2023

• Academic Leave Application Deadline: February 3, 2023

• End of Lectures Before Midterm: March 24, 2023

• Midterm Exams (UTS): March 27 – April 6, 2023

• Resume of Lectures After Midterm: April 10, 2023

• Midterm Grade Submission Deadline: April 21, 2023

• Graduation Period II A.Y. 2022/2023: April 28–29, 2023

• End of Even Semester Lectures: May 26, 2023

• Final Exams (UAS): May 29 – June 9, 2023

• Final Grade Submission Deadline: June 23, 2023

• Judicium: June 21, 2023

• Graduation Period III A.Y. 2022/2023: July 24–25, 2023

• Judicium Deadline for Graduation Period IV: September 29, 2023

• Graduation Period IV A.Y. 2022/2023: October 25–26, 2023

• End of PDDikti Reporting: October 2023

This schedule applies to all study programs of Diploma, Undergraduate, Extension, Professional, Specialist (PPDS), Master’s, and Doctoral levels.
