Circular Letter of the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Sumatera Utara, Number 13262/UN5/D/FT/HK.03/2026, concerning the Dissemination of Information on Education, Training, Research, and Cooperation Tariff Standards at the Prof. dr. Chairuddin P. Lubis USU Teaching Hospital. This letter announces the issuance of Rector's Decree Number 3230/UN5.1.R/SK/PL.04.00/2026 as the reference for tariff provisions and administrative procedures for all lecturers, students, and educational staff who intend to conduct activities or use the hospital's facilities.

Chairuddin P. Lubis USU Teaching Hospital, we hereby inform you that Rector's Decree of Universitas Sumatera Utara Number 3230/UN5.1.R/SK/PL.04.00/2026 dated July 9, 2026, concerning Amendments to Rector's Decree Number 2589/UN5.1.R/SK/SPB/2019 on Education, Training, Research, and Cooperation Tariff Standards at the Prof. dr. Chairuddin Panusunan Lubis Teaching Hospital, Universitas Sumatera Utara, has been issued, as attached.
In this regard, we would like to inform you of the following:
The education, training, research, and cooperation tariff standards at the Prof. dr. Chairuddin P. Lubis USU Teaching Hospital shall refer to the issued Rector's Decree;
All activities conducted at the Prof. dr. Chairuddin P. Lubis USU Teaching Hospital must comply with the applicable tariff and administrative provisions;
Education, training, and research activities must be coordinated in advance with the Prof. dr. Chairuddin P. Lubis USU Teaching Hospital in accordance with the applicable procedures;
Research activities conducted by lecturers or students must fulfill the administrative requirements and research tariffs as stipulated;
The use of facilities, services, equipment, infrastructure, and resources of the Prof. dr. Chairuddin P. Lubis USU Teaching Hospital must comply with the applicable regulations.
Furthermore, we kindly request that you disseminate this information to all lecturers, students, and educational staff within the Study Program under your leadership, particularly those who are conducting or planning to conduct activities at the Prof. dr. Chairuddin P. Lubis USU Teaching Hospital.
