The submission of proposals for the 2026 TALENTA Community Service Program of Universitas Sumatera Utara is open from January 26 to February 20, 2026. All teaching staff within the Faculty of Engineering, USU, may submit proposals online through https://simabdimas.usu.ac.id/.

2. Head/Secretary of the Undergraduate, Master's, and Doctoral Programs in Mechanical Engineering

3. Head/Secretary of the Undergraduate, Master's, and Doctoral Programs in Electrical Engineering

4. Head/Secretary of the Undergraduate, Master's, and Doctoral Programs in Industrial Engineering

5. Head/Secretary of the Undergraduate, Master's, and Doctoral Programs in Chemical Engineering

6. Head/Secretary of the Undergraduate, Master's, and Doctoral Programs in Architecture

Following up on the letter from the Chair of the Institute for Community Service, Universitas Sumatera Utara, Number: 2240/UN5.4.11.K/PM.01.00/2026, dated January 23, 2026, regarding the Announcement of Proposal Submissions for the Universitas Sumatera Utara Community Service Program (attached), we kindly request that the Heads of Study Programs inform the teaching staff under their respective programs about the submission of TALENTA Community Service Program proposals, which may be submitted from January 26 to February 20, 2026, through https://simabdimas.usu.ac.id/.

In this regard, we would like to convey the following information:

1. The guidelines for preparing Community Service activity proposals can be downloaded through the following link: https://simabdimas.usu.ac.id/announces/1085

2. Those who were unable to attend the socialization session may watch the recording through the following link: https://youtu.be/dpbpSobFqOss

3. To ensure a smooth Community Service proposal submission process through https://simabdimas.usu.ac.id/, please pay attention to the following:

a. When completing the proposal form, please ensure that no fields are left blank. If there is no data to enter, please fill in “0” (zero).

b. When adding community service team members, please ensure that the NIDN/NUPTK data displayed is correct.

c. When adding information about participating students, please ensure that the students' student identification numbers (NIM) are entered and that the NIM and names are correct.

d. Please ensure that files uploaded to https://simabdimas.usu.ac.id/ are smaller than 5 MB.
