Jaya Obayashi invites fresh graduates to join the Work in Japan Program, offering opportunities to work in a leading construction company with international career prospects.
Candidate Requirements:
Male/Female, maximum 25 years old
Fresh Graduate in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical, or Electrical (Min. GPA 3.20)
Fluent in English (oral & written)
Other Criteria:
Communicative, hard-working, positive attitude
Healthy, excellent performance, strong mentality
Program Stages:
First Stage:
2-year trainee at PT Jaya Obayashi with salary ±IDR 6.5M
Japanese Language courses & JLPT N2 preparation
Visa and administration supported by company
Second Stage:
Placement at Obayashi Corporation (Japan) after passing JLPT N2
3-year contract with project assignments
Salary approximately ¥250,000 – ¥280,000 per month
Third Stage:
Option to return to PT Jaya Obayashi Indonesia with attractive benefits
Official Japanese Government certification (Construction Management)
Psychological test & interview with Obayashi Corporation’s Board of Directors
