Manufacturing Systems Engineering

Manufacturing Systems Engineering

This specialization will focus on studying courses that deepen the field of manufacturing systems such as green productivity courses, green supply chain, concurrent engineering, advanced factory layout, renewable energy, enterprise resource planning, value engineering, machine scheduling, and assembly manufacturing design.
Human Factors Engineering

Human Factors Engineering

This science will focus on studying courses that deepen the optimization of the role of individuals in human-machine systems (ergonomics) such as environmental ergonomics, macro ergonomics, green ergonomics, human-machine control systems, work environment design, design, measurement and standardization of work systems (P3SK), work biomechanics, cognitive ergonomics, human factors control techniques.
Management Science

Management Science

This concentration will focus on studying courses that deepen the problems of data mining management, risk management, strategic management, soft computing, business intelligence, decision support systems, financial management, maintenance management, and operations management.

The Intended Learning Outcomes for the Undergraduate Program in Industrial Engineering outline 11 core competencies. These learning outcomes are characterized as the abilities gained via the internalization of knowledge, attitudes, skills, competencies, and the acquisition of work experience.

1 Ability to apply knowledge of mathematics, science, engineering, and information technology in solving industrial, community, and governmental problems
2 Ability to design integrated systems by considering the level of performance and reliability to be achieved as well as sustainability factors (economic, social, and environmental)
