Quality Control Group

- Implement an internal quality assurance system that can support the external quality assurance system at the study program/institution/department/other work unit level. - Planning, implementing, and evaluating the control and improvement of quality according to the cycle of determination, implementation, evaluation, control, and improvement at the study program/institution/section/other work unit level while still coordinating and integrating with the quality assurance group above. - Maintain/revise/update internal quality assurance system documents at study programs/institutions/sections/other work units. - Implementing the implementation of the internal quality assurance system - Evaluate through self-evaluation by filling in diagnostic and formative monitoring and evaluation online on the spmi.usu.ac.id website in study programs/institutions/sections/other work units. - The quality control group conducts summative monitoring and evaluation (internal quality audit) for the condition of the quality assurance group by receiving auditors online and explaining the actual condition of study programs and work units through interviews and showing supporting documents. - Communicate the importance of the internal quality assurance system to all lecturers and teaching staff at the study program/institution/section/other work unit quality control group effectively and follow the USU internal quality assurance system requirements.

Internal Quality Audit (IQA)

Internal Quality Audit (IQA) is a periodic evaluation process to ensure that the quality management system in the Industrial Engineering Study Program is running in accordance with established standards. This activity involves a comprehensive examination of various aspects, such as curriculum, teaching, and academic administration, to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. IQA aims to improve the quality of education, services, and operations within the Industrial Engineering Study Program through continuous improvement, as well as to ensure that the processes carried out are effective and efficient in accordance with applicable standards.
